Ownership & Freedom
- Once adopted, the character is yours! Feel free to make them your own and have fun with them.
- You may change their name, gender, personality, story, species details, and other personal traits.
- Minor redesigns are welcome, including different hairstyles, slight color changes, new markings, accessories, outfits, and similar changes.
- Breedables/offspring are allowed and may naturally share similarities with their parent(s).
Redesigns & Usage
- You are welcome to redesign and reinterpret the character as long as the original design remains reasonably recognizable.
- Major redesigns are okay, but please avoid changing the character so extensively that they become completely unrecognizable from the design you originally adopted.
- You may create new artwork, references, alternate outfits, versions, and interpretations of your character.
- Please do not use my original designs or artwork to create an identical or heavily copied design.
Credit
- You own the character after adoption, while I retain credit as the original artist/designer of the original design.
- Please credit me as the original designer when displaying or sharing the character's original design or design history.
- You do not need to credit me for every new artwork or personal interpretation you create of the character.
Toyhouse
- I highly prefer buyers to have a Toyhouse account! I love seeing my designs grow and become part of their owners' collections.
- If you have Toyhouse, please provide your username when claiming or purchasing so I can properly transfer the character to you.
- Some designs may also be uploaded to VGen for automatic claiming. These may have a slightly higher price for the convenience of an instant claim.
- If you purchase a design through VGen and have Toyhouse, you can ask me to transfer the character to your Toyhouse account afterward.
- If you'd like the character profile from my Vsona, just let me know your Vgen username and I'll transfer the character to you!
Trading & Reselling
- You may trade, gift, or resell the character.
- You may resell the character for the same amount you originally paid.
- If additional artwork or value has been added, you may resell the character for a higher price.
- Please do not artificially increase the character's value without adding additional value to the design.
Claims, Offers & Payments
- Please make sure you are genuinely interested before claiming, bidding, or making an offer.
- All USD transactions are processed through PayPal Invoice.
- Invoices should be paid within 24–48 hours after being sent.
- If something comes up and you can no longer proceed, please let me know as soon as possible. Communication is always preferred over disappearing!
- Repeatedly backing out, ghosting, or withdrawing offers after selection may result in being restricted from future claims or offers.
Art & Trade Offers
- Art Payments: If no progress or WIP updates are provided, art payments have a 2-week deadline.
- If you provide regular updates or let me know that you're busy, the deadline can be extended up to 1 month maximum.
- If there is no progress or communication beyond this period, the adopt may be re-opened or offered to a backup claim.
- Character Trades: Please only offer characters you are genuinely comfortable trading. This helps avoid delays and awkward situations if an offer is selected.
Auctions & OTA Offers
- Sniper Rule: Auctions end 24 hours after the last bid. Each new bid extends the timer by another 24 hours.
- Offers for OTAs and auctions may be logged publicly so other interested buyers can view the current offers.
